30 days of FEMA PA obligations by category: utilities took 42 percent
OpenFEMA data pulled October 5, 2026: 837 Category A–G worksheets got their first obligation in the past 30 days, worth $541.9 million in federal share. Category F utilities led, large projects carried 85 percent of the money, and the median wait from declaration was 519 days.
